Ticket Policies

The ticket policies outlined here are only for tickets purchased for Charlotte Master Chorale-sponsored performances. Tickets purchased for events sponsored by other organizations (the Charlotte Symphony or other venues) are wholly governed by the policies of those organizations.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales from the Charlotte Master Chorale are final. No refunds will be issued unless a performance does not take place.

Ticket Exchange

Charlotte Master Chorale Season Subscription holders and Individual Ticket purchasers may request an exchange into another day/evening of the same concert. Exchanges must be requested 24 hours before the performance start time to be valid.

Program Changes and Cancellations

Artists, programs, dates, and prices are subject to change. If an event presented by Charlotte Master Chorale is canceled or postponed, ticketholders will receive notification at the email address used to purchase tickets. This email will include information about performance refunds. Updates will also be posted on the Charlotte Master Chorale website and social media channels.

Third-Party Ticket Purchases

COVID-19

Charlotte Master Chorale is committed to the health and safety of our patrons, musicians, and staff. We will continue to work in coordination with medical experts and our venues to develop safety procedures based on the best available science. All safety procedures will be in accordance with local, state, and federal mandates, as well as CDC guidelines. Our guidelines for the 2022–23 season are as follows:

  • Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID Test are NOT required to attend Charlotte Master Chorale performances.
  • Masks are encouraged at indoor venues, but are not required at this time.

These policies are subject to change as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves. Before you attend a Charlotte Master Chorale performance, please check our website and your email for the latest information. If you purchase tickets for someone else, please direct them to our safety measures before they attend an event.

Health & Safety

All ticket buyers will receive advance notice of the health and safety protocols in place for their events via email. Any policy or schedule changes will be communicated in a timely and transparent way. If you are feeling unwell, experiencing CDC-recognized COVID-19 symptoms, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, or have had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you prioritize your health and the health of your fellow audience members and stay home.

Currency & Payment Methods

All ticket prices for events are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including (among others) American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, as well as cash and personal checks at the door.
